Scheduled Tour Booking
Our 3 Step Booking Process:
Each intending participant for a tour (you) needs to personally submit a completed Tour Application form to us at least 3 full days before the published Tour Start Time. (This is the above form).
We respond to you within 24 hours to clarify bushwalking eligibility (safety reasons), tour details, your completion and return of our Participant Agreement and to then Prepay for a Tour. We require receipt of both at least 48 hours before our advertised Tour Start Time).
Upon receipt of both, we send you a Booking Receipt and Tour Password to enable access to all the Tour Preparation and Details on this website (itinerary, start/finish locations, any transfer arrangements, necessary preparations, guest provisioning, gear arrangements, catering arrangements, forecast environmental conditions).
This booking process is as simple as we can make it to enhance tour safety, quality control and reliability.
