Our business venture is digging in – P2P liquidator Anthony Wing ignores our compliance and continues to intimidate and harass – he wants us to go bankrupt

In the Trenches – as our new struggling business venture cops a dearth of visitation trade due to government lockdown, red tape, imposed overheads et al. back-to-back since 2019; what more can government bureaucratic bubble incompetence, mismanagement and intimidation inflict upon us?

Just check this latest threat to us from 7th May 2024…and we’re not even trading! We’re just a website with hope of recovery.

 

We’ve previously and immediately complied with the NSW Government’s Point to Point Transport Commission (mouthful) demands from Kimberly Warren from her contact to us 15th April 2024, that we be banned from using our tour vehicle else cop their extreme $110,000 fine.  An extreme amount bankrupting to anyone or what?

We immediately complied (kowtowed) to Big Brother (sister) on our website the same day on the front page stating to all prospective tour guests that we are not allowed to use our tour vehicle, even though we haven’t for years anyway due to non-demand.

This is the clause we added:

“[IMPORTANT UPDATE:  As from Monday 15th April, Nature Trail received a threatening phone call then email both from the NSW Government’s Transport Department’s Kimberley Warren, threatened us with a $110,000 penalty and more if we use our tour vehicle.  This is despite the fact we do not and have never charged any transport fare as part of our hiking tours.  We offer transfers as a probono courtesy service to our tour guests so they don’t have to walk along the roadside. Indeed our tour vehicle is just our private car and has never been commercially registered.  Not withstanding this the NSW Government wants us to shut down our website and go out of business all together.  This is not the first time NSW Government has threatened us.  This bullying and threatening impost is to be also published on the Internet on our ‘Mountain Drums’ blog here on this website].”

It seems that our honesty hasn’t gone down well with Kimberley Warren.  But she threatened us, so she’s included in our reply.

We’ve also since quickly complied with the NSW Government’s Point to Point Transport Commissioner Anthony Wing from his subsequent threatened letter to us dated 7th May 2024 that we don’t promote any Road Tours – so we’ve quickly same day complied on our website accordingly thus:

“ROAD TOURS  [SUSPENDED]

[IMPORTANT:  OUR ROAD TOURS ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE DUE TO LACK OF ENQUIRIES SINCE THE 2019 LOCKDOWNS AND DUE TO WRITTEN THREATS OF FINES FROM THE NSW GOVERNMENT’S POINT TO POINT TRANSPORT COMMISSIONER ANTHONY WING DATED 7 MAY 2024].”

Yet, it seems P2P just hates our website for trying to start up a tour business, yet we have been very frank that we are not trading but wish to.

These bureaucrats in government high-rise have no idea of the effort, training, qualifications, investment ($60,000+) and practice preparation that has gone into our tour operation to set it up to be a professional service tour operation, before even earning one cent!

But that’s out of touch government public servants are, blessed with taxpayer funded RDO’s, hols, sick leave, carers leave, long service leave, maternity leave paternity leave, FACS leave, and other perks the other half of us in private enterprise know not.  These comfy privileged high-riser offices have never tried to run a business in their lives.  If they did they’d have no clue and go broke in months.

 

Yet, government demands from our non-trading business a minimum $500 commission per year (which we can’t afford) despite the fact we have repeated told them that we are not trading due to non-demand caused by Putin-esk artillery bombardment by Point to Point (P2P) Transport Commissioner, Anthony Wing!

He has a mission to shut down our website, our business venture hope and fine us into backruptcy.  It’s just what a liquidator does – Steve used to work for one and knows how ruthless they can be to cream their fee until the business collapses.

Unbelievable!   We wont be paying taxes any time soon to encourage them.

A celebrated Australian entrepreneur Kerry Francis Bullmore Packer AC famously stated back in November 1991 before the House of Representatives Select Committee on Print Media.

“I am not evading tax in any way, shape or form.  Now, of course I am minimising my tax and if anybody in this country doesn’t minimise their tax they want their heads read because as a government I can tell you you’re not spending it that well that we should be donating extra”.

 

 

These bureaucratic and cruel intimidations out of P2P, just like Service NSW fake audit and Centrelink’s Robodebt scam before them, follow back to back the same governmental economic lockdowns to our region through its mismanaged record of emergency bushfires, landslips, pandemic, local attractions going to the wall, perpetual road and track closures, unnecessary pebblecreting of Katoomba and then Blue Mountains introduced parking meters.

So this is the “resilience” the governmental outsourced consultant spin doctors bandy for the victims of governmental mismanagement.  At Nature Trail we do our own resilience, starting with resilience against bullies like Anthony Wing.

What an historical template for how to destroy a local regional economy?  In the centre of World Heritage mind you!
