Service NSW Grant Clawback Scam

We have decided to create this webpage due to the increasing scale of the extortion racket by the New South Wales Government’s ‘Service NSW’ in its unconscionable clawback scam targeting thousands of NSW small business grant recipients of the 2021 COVID-19 Micro Business Grant compensation paid out with a value of up to $15214 each.

Nature Trail was one of the businesses 100% financially impacted by the NSW Government’s actions between the start of 2020 through to 2022 in its unilateral decision to mandatorily impose blanket pandemic lockdowns throughout the state of New South Wales.

Nature Trail successfully applied for the NSW Government’s compensatory financial grant, so critically needed at at time of zero income due to the pandemic lockdown.

After the pandemic lockdowns were lifted following global distributions of a vaccines, Nature Trail was subsequently unconscionably targeted by Service NSW to repay the grant in full. We were one small business of 63007 grant recipient small businesses.
